My name is Jeff Mahlum, and I am a contributing writer for in-Training magazine. I am a Class of 2018 medical student at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. I also completed my undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I took a year off between undergraduate studies and medical school to complete a graduate certificate in Patient Health Advocacy.
