Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School

Marissa is a second-year medical student at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, class of 2027. In 2021, she graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science in biology and subsequently pursued two research years at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. Her additional academic interests include climate health, medical journalism, and studying outside until her computer overheats. In her free time she enjoys ballet, reading, and time with loved ones.
