Juliet is a third year medical student at Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami, FL, Class of 2025. In 2019, she graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor of science in biological sciences. Prior to medical school, she worked as a phlebotomist at Palmetto General Hospital. Outside of medicine, she enjoys going on walks with her dog, gardening and traveling. After graduating medical school, Juliet would like to pursue a career in anesthesiology.
I was assigned to complete my family medicine clerkship at Sanitas Medical Center, a primary and urgent care site in Miami, Florida that serves a large and diverse population. Most patients are elderly, Spanish speaking immigrants from Latin American countries such as Cuba, Venezuela and Colombia.
